I can log in using Mozilla, using tab to get to each field.

However, there are still some parts of the site that don't work
with that approach - such as sending secure messages. I haven't
found any way to be able to put text into the message field on
that page.

However, the whole site seems to work fine using Opera under Linux,
so you have that option. I didn't mess with any of the Identify
options, but then it looks like Opera's default is to identify as
MSIE 6.0.

For me the biggest benefit so far has been being able to pay in cheques
at the post box in my street, freepost :) No more lunchtime bank
queues!
