I think the idea is that the infopoint will be held no more frequently than 
once a month, so it would be 'useful' to all if a stall was run on the 
weekend prior to a GLLUG meeting.

Jono's negotiation has managed to get the stalls for free at the NW shows and 
I am assuming that the same will be true for those in the South East, though 
I am prepared to discover the TCR shows being treated differently. Since you 
are working at the show you don't need to pay to get in.

The only proviso is that we are not meant to 'turn a cash profit' from the 
event - Knoppix CDs need to be sold at cost.

As some of you already know, thr group already has a 'relationship' with the 
show organisers, having co-operated with us in the past with leaflet handouts 
for Installfests. It may not sound like much of a relationship to some, but 
it is often the difference between standing out on a cold and wet street 
corner trying to shift soggy bit of paper to passers by and standing in a, 
relatively, warm lobby unhindered.
