[Gllug] Quiet/Silent rackmount switch recommendation?

Looks at the cluster in front of him.

16 port Myrinet switch - nope, has huge exhaust fans on the side.

3x24 port HP procurve gigabit switches - nope, nice switches indeed,
but they have small cooling fans

16 port Sweex brand 10/100 switch for slow control (APC power control 
units). Seems to have no fan.
So try Sweex, and also Linksys.
