[Gllug] gnu.org, etc. all down

www.gnu.org is unresponsive from either my office or home locations, home
connection is through nildram, gets as far as qcy-m20-at-3-3-0.gnaps.net
and just stops there. Another box on onyx somewhere also stops at the same
hop.
