[Gllug] gnomemeeting setup for netmeeting

Hi, I am trying to use gnomemeeting for the first time and haven't worked 
out how to connect. Have tried pasting in a friends ip with callto: at the 
beginning and a few permutations of that. Tried giving her an ip, but it 
was a NAT ip, and I don't really know whether that is the ip address that 
the friend would need to use to dial me from netmeeting. Any help greatly 
appreciated
