[Gllug] HTML Mail

Dear Colleagues,

This is a subject that produces too much "hot" mail.  I
administer a distribution list (ukbirdnet at dcs.bbk.ac.uk --
subscribers only) and use a package called StripMail to do
the following.

1. Use the text body, if available, and delete the HTML,

2. or translate the HTML into some kind of text.

No problems for a number of years!
