[Gllug] Plane spotters get ID cards

This is a very bizarre story. Plane spotters can now pay for the
"privilege" of having an ID card (obviously no terrorist would think
of applying for one!), and are being asked to snoop for the police.
One would hope that plane spotters would bring suspicious activity to
the police's attention without the need for the ID card. The world is
getting stranger.

ObLinuxConnection: I know this has no connection to Linux, but I
expect that they'll introduce similar cards for computer experts soon
... It can only be a matter of time ...
