Nice disclaimer.  Since none of the major distributions use vanilla
kernels and they all backport useful features, they could all be
labelled "relatively untested".

I'm with Stig on this one.  The OP asked a simple question about a
problem with traceroute.  There was a simple answer to be given and none
of this childish posing was necessary.
