I'll pipe in here, since I posted the ad.  Our current site is... well, 
it rhymes with site.  Ugly.  Been there since before I arrived.  I'm 
currently rebuilding it. Look at our sister site, 
www.tsi-resourcing.co.uk, for a better example. Classic case of "The 
Cobbler's Children".

Long story short, we are understaffed.  We need PHP/MySQL developers ( 
shortened from LAMP/WAMP for the Google impaired) in a big way.  Too 
much work, too little time.  Get a piece while you can!
