[Gllug] Any bank not in the dark ages?

I've yet to find a bank in the UK which doesnt suck, however for
transferring money between currencies, have you thought of paypal? It
can handle a large number of currencies. They charge a commision, but
for smaller amounts its less than my bank, and it usually takes less
time.
