Uh, no.  In fact, -t is the only option I don't know anything about and
that's not a simple on/off thing:

usage: traceroute [-nFV] [-f first_ttl] [-m max_hops] [-p port]
           [-S source_addr] [-I interface]
           [-t tos] [-w timeout] [-q nqueries] host [packetlen]

It is a NAT issue though I take it?  That's a start at least :o)
