* Internet Explorer 5 (or better)

Check!  Mozilla Firefox is much better.

with Windows Media Player 7 (or better)

Check!  MPlayer and Xine let me play just about everything.

on Windows XP, 2000, Me or 98.

Check!  On this platform I've got Linux programs, Windows programs
(with CrossOver), and emulators for just about every computer made in
the 80s and 90s.

But your site still seems to be broken.
