[Gllug] Transparent Terminal

Hello!

I've already seen the transparent features of gnome-terminal, aterm etc but what I'm looking for is a truely transparent terminal :)

Not one that shows the desktop wallpaper but one that shows me the contents of the underlying window.... Something like iTerm (http://iterm.sf.net) on OS X

Reasons being a) I like to read HOWTOs and manuals underneath the terminal to avoid flicking windows all the time and b) I like to watch movies under the terminal when I'm doing stuff
