Konqueror?
Emacs?
Otherwise, here's a few available in Debian:
atftp - Advanced TFTP client
cftp - A full-screen ftp client
ftp - The FTP client.
ftp-ssl - The FTP client with SSL encryption support.
gftp - X/GTK+ FTP client
gftp-gtk - X/GTK+ FTP client
gftp-text - colored FTP client using GLib
hsftp - Ssh client with look and feel of a FTP client
inetutils-ftp - File Transfer Protocol client
kbear - Graphical ftp client for KDE
lftp - Sophisticated command-line FTP/HTTP client programs
lukemftp - The enhanced ftp client.
ncftp - A user-friendly and well-featured FTP client
ncftp2 - A user-friendly and well-featured FTP client
socks4-clients - Socks4 enabled clients as rtelnet, rftp, ...
tftp-hpa - HPA's tftp client
tnftp - The enhanced ftp client.
waiho.app - Simple FTP client for GNUstep
weex - A non-interactive FTP client for updating web pages
Then there's things like d4x and pavuk.
I just install pavuk, and "pavuk -X" looks pretty well-featured.
cheers, Rich.
