Try http://www.ukfsn.org/, I have a part share in a server there and 
know someone else who has a server there and we have never had any problems.

And they are good for the (computing) environment ;)

I have also used blackcat (http://www.blackcatnetworks.co.uk/) and there 
were never any problems, although the service was a bit rude at times.
