Both UKFSN and Blackcat have hosting at Redbus in docklands, by london
do you mean outside of that area?

FWITW i have used BCNs excellet service for [counts] nearly 2 years
without having probelsm , yes htey will tell you bluntly when you are mistaken,
but i like having a clueful ISP :-).

I have no direct experience with UKFSN, but i did host a machine with
another Jason Clifford venture probably in the same racks as UKFSN, but
at that time they didn't offer serial consoles or user manageable
powerswitches.

BCN had both and are more freqently avalible online for answering questions!

You may also want to look at http://www.vix.com/personalcolo/ for a
directory of such companies or http://www.paul.sladen.org/colo/
for london colo.
