Any one got any good experiences or favourite companies they'd like to
share?

I'm looking at putting in a quarter, a half and a full rack. My
requirements are pretty simple, the rack itself, a 2Mbit line, "remote
hands" for potential reboots / tape rotation and a sales rep that knows
how to buy lunch :)
