[Gllug] CRM or Accounting Software for Linux

sql-ledger is quite nice, its api isnt very good, but its interface is
fairly stable, and easy to customise for billing etc.  

gnucash has some business stuff, and i prefer the gui, but the sql
backend hasnt caught up with the business features.

Both have easily hackable backends, and are well supported by most
distros, the main gotchas I've found with gnucash have been within the
gnome integration, but most of those bugs have been resolved.
