Regarding making text on the monitor audible to visualy impaired.

Have anybody had experience with this synthesizer device. It has
a weard wiring that looks like something between RJ11 and RJ45, 
together. 
Looking for a hack to make the other side of the cable into RS-232
for connecting to a PC.
