[Gllug] re: an before 'h'

The 'pragmatic rule' regards the silence of the 'h' sounds right to me;
but if you speak Estuary English the complexities fall away, since the h is
ALWAYS silent  (sorry - except of course when pronounced on its own when it
becomes haitch for 'arry).
