For hosting the domains all you need is DNS and the services you want to
provide.
That probably includes email and web services, for which an MTA and http
server are necessary.
To make this available you need a server (a real or virtual server) and an
Internet connection. Depending upon how busy you expect the domains to be
you might consider colocation if you have a real server but for small
requirements lots of people host things on the end of an ADSL line with
static IP address(es).
You should also have secondary DNS and backup MX services if you're
hosting the domain yourself. Either do this with another server at a
different location to the main one or <blatent plug>by using a service
such as the one UKFSN provides</blatant plug>
