[Gllug] PIPEX DSL connection problems

Hi All,

I have had problems with my Pipex ADSL connection all morning. I am
unable to surf any web site and email is taking an age, if it doesn't
timeout. I have spent a frustrating time on the phone to one of their
support drones who tried to claim an internal problem at my end purely
because he could see that I was connecting to their system.

Ping runs with an error rate between 30% and 40%, traceroute gives
results like these
