http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/showdr.php?id=170 shows a driver for a
sweex svga to usb dongle which can be found at

http://www.aem-computers.nl/php/list.php?categorie=Kabels  for 62 euro

I am sure that if you look around you will find more drivers or devices
compatible with that driver.
