[Gllug] Pctel fail on Dell C640

Hi ,
i was trying to install my linmodem on Dell C640 ,

please read the FAQ about reporting compilation problems
and report this problem

even when i tried some ./configure -manual on src/ it gives the same
problems, if nay one has successfully install  this please let me know
