The law isn't finalized yet, and IIRC still needs a another vote elsewhere. I'm sure
the big-media lobbyists will be getting hyperactive over this, but on the plus side
at least it will force the issue into the public spotlight and avoid dark-sides
favoured tactic of getting laws passed through the backdoor while no one else is looking.
