You could stick something like this in your ~/.muttrc

mailboxes /var/mail/rhowe
mailboxes =soundtracker
mailboxes imaps://imap.somedomain.com/INBOX
mailboxes imaps://imap.someotherdomain.com/INBOX

Debian's mutt configuration binds the 'y' key to a list of the
mailboxes.

The only gripe I had was that when you specified lots of remote
mailboxes using the 'mailboxes' parameter, mutt started to crawl.
