Good point but that may not stop HM Gov. I can hear the Crown now..."It 
is clear, my lord, that the defendant deliberately employed the use of 
such services to avoid tracking and tracing by our security services. 
Why would he do this unless he had something to hide?"

The other concern is the knock on cost of storing all this that will 
inevitably be passed to the customers.
