[Gllug] moving files

Hello all,
  
  I have a noob question that probably has a simple  answer ...
  
  Any how I have tcpdump capturing traffic to file, a new file is created  every time the capture file gets to 20 meg, my question is how can I  move the all files but leave the newest / smaller that 20meg one to a  new directory for archiving?
