btw. it's less for surveillance - but does anyone know of a similar thing 
as an audio-only solution?  Something like a smart dictaphone for 
brainstorming sessions? Record continously, but only save recording when 
there is actual discussion going on...  (optimally time-indexed; whenever 
discussion starts, create a new timestamped output file and close it 
again if there is silence)
