[Gllug] SPAM - trying to block at SMTP level

I've run the below configuration for more than two years and up until
November last year I hadn't recieved any spam emails. I get 20-30 attempts
a day but they're rejected at the SMTP level. Over the last few months
I've recieve about 5 spam emails sent from Hotmail which this won't block.
