There are lots of free wiki farms (eg. Wikicities) but they generally
won't let you host commercial stuff. You could also look at this

You really want to install your own machine at a commercial hosting
facility? There are other options which are much cheaper, eg. getting
a hosted virtual machine, or using a commercial web hosting service
which provides [for example] PHP support so you can run MediaWiki.
Another cheap alternative is to use your own machine, but hook it up
to a home ADSL line.
