Mentioned in a thread before - but you will need to find out whether they 
have English language contracts as well:  www.ipx-server.de   (you might 
want to contact info at ipx-server.de about that, as their central website is 
in German language)

I have two machines running there, and I am very happy with their prices, 
service and performance...
