[Gllug] VoIP

Hello,
   I have just been asked to install VoIP. It looks as if there is almost a
single supplier of plug-in hardware, PCI cards, etc, and details all seem to
point to the USA. Are the cards available in the UK? I have been asked to
get at least two systems up and running, (and before the end of 2004 if
possible).
