I've had Solaris 8, Solaris 9, Debian Woody and NetBSD on my Classic and
it definitely handled NetBSD best. Solaris is very slow and even Debian
wasn't that fast (3 hours to install IIRC). And it is not burndened with
an X server, it doesn't have a monitor, just a serial link to a Linux
box with minicom.
