sendmail -qf

If a message can't be delivered, it attracts an associated redelivery timeout 
(try again 5 mins, 1hr, 3 hrs etc etc) If the timeout hasn't expired, the 
queue runner will not attempt to deliver it. The additional 'f' forces the 
queue runner to attempt delivery regardless.
