Hi
Would it be possible to set each machine to boot off a USB drive?
Otherwise a bootable cdrom drive may well be required to get the
machines to a point where they are on the network.
Also CD-ROM / portable HDD might install faster if your network is not
super fast, if it's not at least 100mbs switched then I'd say don't
try to do the entire install (configuration only) over the network.
Nice thing with CD's is you can burn say 50 CD's and just move them
from machine to machine, alternatively burn 200 and have the machines
booted by the guys / gals plugging in and powering on the boxes. Once
the machines are mostly installed they can pull down what they need
from the network.
