I still think it is bonkers that of everything the BBC does (and don't
forget the many many local radio/tv elements), that BBC One alone
takes ~35% of the money.

I mean, it's the "main" channel for sure, but that is a slowly eroding
concept anyway, and, and, and..... 35%?

The entire online operation (including news.bbc i think?) comes in at
3.5%.  Which is either really high, or makes the entire Radio budget
look really small.

35% reduction in license fee, if you scrap BBC One.  I'd take that in
return for all the rest staying safe!
