[Gllug] Evolution - automatically putting in a bcc

Maybe completely irrelevant but my evolution used to crash (freeze) a
lot too. Then I realised it was because it couldn't take control of
audio (it played a sound when email arrived) - tuned that off and works
much better now (though I am slower at replying to emails)
