I remember reading an article in the guardin about 2 weeks ago that said that 
more an more suicide bombers are recruited from wetsern europe. it also said 
that on average they are well educated, up to degree level, and basically 
just disillusioned with their lives if I remember correctly. If this is the 
case the whole racial, ethnological, etc - crossreferrencing is nonsense and 
id cards are as helpful as oyster cards.
But of course it doesnt mean that balancing wealth wouldnt help as it might 
stop frustration of young people etc.
