There are plenty of very capable people now in Britain who were either
born in the UK to immigrant families, or went to schools in areas which had
a very high proportion of immigrant families, and have ended up with a
rather different idea of correct English (innit!).
There are also companies in areas with a high proportion of immigrants
who employ the best staff they can find in their part of the country, and
sometimes find that the immigrant population is more willing to do the work
than those who can trace their family tree over several generations in the
same area.
