[Gllug] Graduates paying for IT training before employment

I had a couple of prospective employers (about three years ago) try to write 
this into their contracts - so I presume that it's still happening.  Needless 
to say, I declined both offers of employment, and went elsewhere (which 
turned out to be for the best anyway!)
