That would be data over GSM, not data over GPRS. To send your data over
the GPRS connection you should just have to connect the Palm to the
phone. The network settings should be on the SIM card in the phone, and
will not be user modifiable.

I've only done this with a Treo 650 and T-Mobile though, so I can't give
you any specific advice...
