[Gllug] Weird referrers

I'm getting very strange referrers in my logs from the Lawn Tennis
Association's Eastbourne tournament site and the East Sussex Council. 
Now the images they're grabbing are from Eastbourne, but the referred
pages don't seem to exist.  What's going on here?  Something leaking
through from internal sites or something?
