The Norwich "political activists" who use psuedonyms online generally 
seem to do this because they are the same troll, who happens to be quite well 
known to all and sundry in the local computer user groups especially....

Some of them even go as far to try and hide that they are NTL users
(which is v.strangely a quite well known trolls isp) by signing up to 
yahoo.ca webmail but miss the header 

"Received: from [80.3.128.7] by web30110.mail.mud.yahoo.com via HTTP;
        Fri, 04 Mar 2005 17:28:26 EST"

as they are trying (very badly) to disguise who they are!
