I'm not sure if that is possible.  If you are using mod_jk for apache
integration, the JkMount directive controls the mappings from a
context to a Tomcat worker.

Have a look at the docs at
http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/connectors-doc/ for more info on
this.
