Apologies I can't find the original thread about outlook and it's misquoting,
Saw this on a qmail list - can't vouch for it's effectiveness as I don't use
outlook or express, may be useful for those who have to do so at work or to appease
their spouses:

Unsurprisingly, subscribers on a list dealing exclusively with mail are even more tetchy when it comes to poor netiquette.
