[Gllug] disk speed info

is there a way to find out what the specs of an ide disk are, without
physically opening up the box and searching for the disk label?

specifically stuff like the revolutions per min, buffer/cache sizes, etc.

ps. goes without saying I've no idea what make/model is currently in there.
