[Gllug] Monitoring network usage

All,

I use my Linux box as a gateway machine for the rest of my network and am
connected to an ADSL router through eth0. Is there any way to monitor the
bandwidth utilisation across eth0? I am considering changing ISP and may take
a deal that has a limit of 50GB a month, I just want to get an idea of how
much I use currently to see if it is viable.
