[Gllug] Redbus outage

Our Clara leased line didn't go down, and I can see HEX from my window
(I did check, but theres no smoke pouring out ;-) so I'd be surprised if
other peoples circuits go through Hex and ours doesn't, but with BT
that's by no means impossible........
