I guess it will depend upon the phone but it is likely to be either flash
or SD.
My new(ish) phone has a 64M flash chip and an adapter. I've not used the
adapter as I can use a USB connection directly to the phone which is
easier.
Check the manual for the phone. It will contain the information.
